For students who need to apply for off-campus internships (course credits) in the 113-2 semester, the application deadline is December 9th (Monday) at 17:00. The applications will be reviewed by the internship guidance committee to ensure they meet the internship requirements.

Please submit the following forms: Form 12-1, Form 1, Form 2, Form 3, Form 8, and Form 9 to Mr. Lai at the department office. You can download and fill out these forms from the department website under Course Introduction > 4-Year Undergraduate Program > Off-Campus Internship.
