Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be students from financially disadvantaged families or those who have experienced significant changes in their family circumstances in the past year, affecting family income.
• The average academic score from the previous academic year must be above 80 points.

Required Documents:

1. One original application form.
2. A photocopy of the completed student ID (or proof of enrollment).
3. A photocopy of the grade transcripts for both semesters of the previous academic year, with the school or academic affairs office seal.
   • First-year students can use their senior year high school grades; first-year graduate students can use their senior year undergraduate grades instead.
4. One original proof of financial need or an explanation of significant family changes in the past year.
   • For financially disadvantaged students, please provide a low-income household certificate or a certificate from the village chief.
   • For students who are not financially disadvantaged but have experienced significant family changes in the past year, please provide a written explanation signed by the advisor.
