The "Mr. Zhang Sundui Scholarship" from the College of Electrical and Computer Engineering is open for applications from November 15 to November 30, 113.

Eligible Recipients:

  1. Students from the College of Electrical and Computer Engineering (including undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students) who are from low-income families or experiencing financial hardship.
  2. Students who have not received similar assistance in the current academic year will be prioritized. However, those who have received similar assistance may still be considered if their financial situation is particularly dire and is confirmed by a review panel.
  3. Outstanding domestic undergraduate students (Day Division) graduating this academic year and continuing to pursue graduate (master's or doctoral) studies at the College of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Application Conditions:

  1. For low-income or financial hardship applicants:
    • Low-income assistance: The student must have a GPA of at least 70, and provide a copy of low-income household proof, medium-low-income household proof, or proof of financial hardship. Students with low-income household proof will be given priority.
    • Emergency assistance: Applicants must submit a concrete explanation and proof of their situation, along with a recommendation from their advisor.
  2. For outstanding undergraduate graduates (Day Division) continuing to graduate studies:
    • Applicants must be graduating this year from the undergraduate program (Day Division), with a class ranking within the top 30% of their cohort, and must continue their studies full-time in the graduate (master's or doctoral) program (excluding industry-based master's programs) at the College of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
    • Amount of scholarship: NT$30,000 per student.
    • The number of scholarships is capped at 10 per academic year. If there are more than 10 applicants, the scholarship will be awarded based on the applicants' graduation class rankings and the percentage of class rank.
