1. Data collection, cleaning and preprocessing them to ensure they are suitable for training the AI model.

2. Developing quality defect classification models, train the model using the preprocessed dataset to recognize and classify various types of defects.

3. Root cause analysis of defect, validate the model's accuracy and refine it through iterative testing and feedback.

4. Utilize the AI model to identify potential process risks and root causes of defects. Provide actionable insights to process engineers to mitigate identified risks and improve production quality.

5. Using the available data to exploring additional AI applications.
